Hey Rain, Thanks for the great idea - this is really good stuff, like you said. I liked it even better on ham than on turkey. I'm not much of an Indian food eater, so didn't have any curry on hand and got the mild stuff by accident at grocery store. With the addition of some crushed Cayenne it had nice heat and wonderful flavor. I'll have to get some "good" powder from Penzey's and really go nuts over this. Thanks again for the tip.
