Dave/Mike One thing to watch with hydroponics is to get the nutrient level right. I use nutrients which comprise one formulation for "Grow" and one for "Fruit". The "grow" is high in nitrogen and gets the plants going early in the season. The "fruit" is high in phosphorus (I think) and quite a bit lower in nitrogen, resulting in the growth going into larger fruit and less legginess in the plant (also keeping a pretty close eye on the pH is important, particularly in recirculating systems). A change in the nutrient might solve the problem noted below. Cheers from the Southern bit of Oz.
