Do you see any hornworms? I had to battle these this past summer. They are hard to spot cuz they are green and hide on the undersides of the leaves. The first sign I had of the hornworm invasion was a few half-eaten peppers on the ground surrounding the plant ... that and hornworm poop, which looks like brown peppercorns. If its not hornworms eating your peppers, you see if maybe somebody from the list isn't hiding in your greenhouse and feasting on peppers at night. Most of are too smart to get caught by a mouse trap.
