Kinda hate to pass this one on


The is a small cheese co up in the hills of Vt.  That does cheese the old
fashion way.  By hand, no additives and no preservatives. Made the same way
since 1882

The have a hot pepper and chedar that is real nice.

For you cheese lovers the sharp and extra sharp are unequal in my book
( I pig out on about 60lbs per year)
