I agree with Raven. I put it in the refrigerator in a glass of water, I put a piece of paper towel on top and then a plastic bag and it keeps the tips of the parsley from getting frozen (we keep our refrigerator pretty darn cold). It keeps this way for quite a few days. I do the same with basil, cilantro and mint. I have a bunch of mint in my refrig right now that has been there for 2 weeks and looks pretty good. No worse for wear. Try it. It works. RisaG
