The easiest way is to put it in a ziplock and squeeze out all the air. even 
if you flatten the parsley a bit it won't get soggy. The other way, The way 
restaurants usually do it, is to pit the stalk end in a container of water. 
Sort of flower in a vase style and put it in the fridge.
