Folks,
   here in  Vancouver, Safeway has large eggs on sale $1.50 / dozen.
   football playoffs & the Superbowl are happening soon .
   pickled eggs & chiles , are a marriage made in heaven.
what a happy confluence !

   hopefully, some CH listers have "tried & true" pickled egg recipes
they're willing to share ?!!?
   personally, i think pickled eggs are best served 3-4 days after
making, so i'm planning ahead.

   btw, if you intend to make a Superbowl Chili and want to try a new
