<< Subject: [CH] Cholula >> I know I have asked before, but just maybe someone will know it this time. Several years ago we use to buy Salsa Picante de la Viuda. It is made by the same folks that make Cholula in Capala, Jalisco, Mexico. It is made according to Sanchez's widows recipe! WONDERFUL as we recall. I keep the empty bottle beside the computer, take off the lid and inhale what little smell remains. I have tried emailing the Sangrita de la Viuda de Sanchez folks to no avail. Gringo not spoken? Spanish doesn't seem to help either. If anyone knows a source please holler! Mary-Anne feeling deprived, even though there are over 100 different hot sauces in the fridge and cabinet.
