Who is the most famous county agent from the past 30 years?

That would be Hank Kimball from "Green Acres" and I can personally
verify that when it comes to canning a salsa with anything other than
tomatoes in it (Mango comes to mind), his advise is as useful as any other
I've gotten from USDA or the Ag extension from U.C. Davis.
