Well Bob, this is typical of my cooking style. I squeeze some limes, each
one equals about 2 tablespoons of juice. Add some chopped garlic a few close
finely chopped. Habanaros well sometimes I use fresh chopped finely, but I
prefer the fragrance achoooo of Jim's Applewood smoked Hab chiles. I add some
meaning a little, cilantro roots pounded in mortor/pestle action if I have
them. They add a unique taste to the blend. This is a mix, taste, adjust
taste thang. It should be a balance of garlic-heat-sour of lime so the taste
is of oneness! Sometimes I add a dash of salt to even it out.
