A chile-head snack for Super Sunday! Heat may be added, of course! "Hot" Popcorn 10 cups freshly popped popcorn 1 teaspoon paprika 3/4 teaspoon chile powder (or your favorite powder!) 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin 4 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt -- to taste Put popped corn into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle the paprika, chile powder and cumin over the popcorn and toss to mix. Pour the melted butter over the top then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Toss well again. Serve warm.
