Article in the Orlando Sentinel today suggests that "Tex-Mex" is Pres.
Bush's favorite cuisine, and that a menu makeover will be the first
culinary executive order!

Also contains a primer on Tex-Mex ingredients, spices, chiles, etc.; and
a few recipes: fajitas, sangria, et al. Pretty tame stuff to seasoned
Chile-Heads.
