Hi All, I came into a considerable quantity of Green Mangoes recently, (40) well actually due to about 14 inches of unseasonal rain last week, we plucked them from the tree before they split. The fruit bats were also getting into them, so several of us decided to harvest them, I'm making some green Mango Chutney and will post a recipe when I taste it to see if it comes up alright. What I'll do is leave some to ripen and probably get some more this weekend so if anybody has a good Sauce recipe I would like to use some of my Chiles.. Luke in Oz
