Way to go, Chip!  Let the whole world try your spice mixes and they'll beat
a path to your door.  For those who haven't ordered from Red Lion, you're in
for a treat.  I bought a tin of his medium-hot chile spice mix and found it
just right for a CH of the moderate persuasion.  Complex flavor and not too
much salt which is one of my dislikes about commercial mixes.  I also
purchased the dry rub mix but havn't had the occasion to use that yet.  (DH
who is much more moderate than I am demands some non-chile food on
occasion!)  Beautiful tins; good products.
