The easiest sauce recipie I know came from this list. Clean, chop, etc your favorite pepper, mix it with an equal amount of vinegar, whir it about in a blender, bring to a boil, whir it around some more and put it in jars, process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath. I've used habaneros, jalapenos, cayennes and thai dragons for this sauce. Let it sit a few weeks for full strength. Nels in ND
