It's called a "bouquet garnis". Although this term is fancy the concept is not. Make a small pouch from cheesecloth, fill it with whatever chiles and herbs you which to infuse flavor from, and tie the top with kitchen string. I have been using this method for years, and no one has ever choked on a rouge staple! Incedentaly, this stuff is available at every grocery store. -- Best Regards, Ron Levi Member Innuendo Enterprises LLC PH:(408)807-6889 FX:(408)972-0449 __________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape Webmail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com/
