Nothing much, a can of baked beans and some diced smoked pork loin. A little chile sauce ... and one fresh habanero, diced. Something about a fresh-cut hab - they have such an immediate freshness, they make beads of astral sweat pop out in space an inch or two in front of my forehead. Anybody cooking anything special for Mardi Gras?
