Well, I finally gave in to all of George Starkey's peer pressure and decided
to join the Chile Head list. Between him harping on me to join for the last
year and having the pleasure of seeing myself, along with George, on the Eat
the Heat Food Network Special (for all of about 1.5 seconds) I figured now
was a good time.
