We have on-line ordering on our web site; works great!  We got the
set-up from Costco (used to be Price Club) - had to buy an executive
membership to qualify ($100).  Then, I got my web-master to build a form
to take credit cards (Costco provides the automatic verification service
and the PC software for batch entry and approval).  When someone orders
from me, I get an e-mail, then enter their CC numbers for approval.
It's that simple.
