But you left out some other important points: 1. We need less gardening space, since we use fewer chiles. (Depending on how many you share, I suppose.) Hell, one Hab plant with a good yield could provide all the heat we need for a year. (But what fun is that???) 2. We save money on hot sauce, since we don't have to buy the slightly more expensive extract sauces; and the ones that we do buy last a little longer. 3.
