If they are really sour whip up some Pisco Sours----they're great with really 
HOT food.  The secret to making an excellent Pisco is to add a touch of raw 
egg white and then shake like crazy!  We learned that while in Chile & 
Argentina.  Pisco is a Peruvian drink, and is addictive like their Peruvian 
Chiles.
