I've always been a big fan of the Wasabi Peas. I pick them up in the Asian food section of my grocery, or in China Town. But, I think I've found something as good, or even better (more filling). Eden Brand Hot'n Spicy Wasabi Chips. Ingredients: Potato Starch, Vegetables (carrot, cabbage, spinach, parsley, lettuce, onion), Rice Bran Oil, Barley Malt, Tamari (water, whole soybeans, sea salt), Wasabi Root Horseradish, Sea Salt, Wheat Germ. Imported by Eden Foods, Inc. Clinton, Michigan 49326 Product of Japan To my palate they're not too hot, but I've got a huge tolerance. Every once in a while one of the chips really "opens you up." Probably available in Asian markets or departments. We buy them thru a distributor that supplies the nutritional supplement/natural food section of our pharmacy, so I assume they're carried in health food stores also. Deeeelish!
