Its kinda like an apple butter made with chiles. Its not that hot, but is loaded with that great pepper taste (and a little zing) that you all crave. 4) Optionally, you could mix in a little hab powder if you just gotta have that little extra waker-upper. In your search for the hot stuff, never neglect the Asian markets - they have been using hot stuff since before dirt got brown. Great inexpensive Seracha sauces, relishes, etc. Ken
