I have a packet of Chimayo seeds which I purchased in Santa Fe 
New Mexico in 1991. I got them at half price because they were 
stamped 1990. I germinate a couple of seeds every once in a while 
just to see how long they will remain viable. I just put 5 seeds in a 
baggie on the heating pad and will let you know. I store my seeds 
in sealed containers with silica gel.
