Hi, Dewi, Just like what Debra wrote, growing 5000 different peppers is nice for an university or a company and definitely not for a hobby... someone growing 800 varieties... must be a living? Just do what I do, grow around 15 to 20 varieties each year, 5 to 10 plants each, depending on the fruit load. And select some favorites and grow these each year and add a few you would like to try. So under those 5000 varieties there must be one which is the right one for your taste, and naturally this is different for each individual CH as we all have a different taste and heat level. Still searching for my favorite one... and I can't tell which one before I haven't grown all 5000 varieties... So conclusion has to be, life is to short for bad peppers! Keep on growing them! Rob NL
