[CH] Ribs - Asia style

Try this for Ribs,

Ingredients:
Ribs - About a pound
Onions - 1/2 onion shredded
Celery - 2oz shredded
Chile Sauce (Asian) - 1 tbl (I use Sambel Oelek)
Stock - 1/2 cup

Marinade:
Oyster Flavored sauce - 1 tbl
Chile Sauce (Asian) - 1 tbl

Method:
1. Mix ribs with marinade.
2. Pan fry ribs till golden. drain.
3. Sauté onion and chile sauce in 2 tbl. oil
    Add celery, beef ribs, stock and cook over low heat for twenty minutes
    until stock thickens.
