Doug, you took the words right off my keypad. I have a tape of the show. It's got a few other things on it so I'll dub off a new copy. Who's first? Doug? On another note, I went to a local Mexican restaurant and had the BEST DeArbol sauce. It went incredible with my huge plate of Macchaca. I rushed home and tried to duplicate it. I believe I came fairly close. De Arbol Hot Sauce: 2 Cups De Arbol Chiles (I used dried) stems removed 2 1/4 cups Water 3 TBS White Vinegar 3/4 tsp Kosher Salt 1 garlic clove. Soak the chiles in hot water for about 30 minutes. (I usually soak them in the blender and use a glass of water to weight them down. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. This is fantastic on Beef. CH-eers
