Folks,
Thanks for all the responses to my slightly OT question about
cast iron. always lotsa good advice on the CH list.
i'm leaning towards getting a Dutch Oven style for overall versatility
you know ... chili , roasts , cornbread , stews or ?? all can be
prepared
in something that size. chile ingredients go into all these, of course!
