To Risa ..this is not meant to detract from your recipe in the least. I'm sure many CH'ers have already salivated over the recipe if not the actual dish. However, to those of you too lazy or busy as myself, I thought I'd embellish. Instead of dredging the chicken and frying, lazy me would bake in shallow pan in 325F` having stuffed w/ the cheese and sealing opening w/ a toothpick, and sprinkling lightly with flavored breadcrumbs, for about 35-40 mins. Lowers the fat count a little too. Lorri in NC
