I think a "sandwich toaster" goes by another name - snack maker. I have one. It is like a mini-George Foreman Grill only it has a line down the middle and has two triangular section on the top and the bottom. When you close it, whatever is in the middle of the two pieces of bread gets squished. It makes wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches for tiny hands.
