Yea.., Derek...this statement validates us all, even those of the moderate
persuasion such as Erich and me!  I love the pepper taste...actually
chipotles are one of my all time favorites and I smoke my own.  The roof of
my mouth, which still has it's original (so to speak) cover thanks you for
your courage at speaking out.  One of the things I love about this list is
the willingness of CHers to tolerate/accept/enjoy the rest of the CHers.
