There is nothing better IMHO that Tabasco when it comes to something on eggs that a moderate CH can tolerate. Something about that vinegar, which I don't really like in salad dressings etc., perks up those bland scrambled eggs like nothing else. And tomato juice is also a good fit with the vinegar taste. I also like a sardine on a saltine, squeeze of lemon juice, dash of Tabasco. I heartily agree that Tabasco has a niche in the hot sauce world. SandyO CH #1146 of the moderate persuasion
