The Tabasco (tm) folks have produced a couple of cookbooks of their own, but for the last 10 years they have also given awards to the nation's top community cookbooks. A note in the local paper said that this year's winner, *Good Food Served Right*, was published in my college town (Canton, NY). Gotta have it, I said, but there is no link from www.tabasco.com to the contest or its winners that I could find.
