My daughter just returned from a 2 week business trip to Oz, Sydney.  She 
feel in love with the country/people.  She highly recommended the 
seafood-especially Bugs!  She said prices were so cheap and of course the 
wine was wonderful.

I'll see if she can recommend some hot spots as she is a serious CH having 
spent a lot of time in India and Thailand, not to mention our Chile infused 
cuisine at home.  I know she spent her 1 day off at Manly Beach and returned 
with a glorious tan which for a blue eyed natural blonde is a nice look.  LOL
