We only like the ripe red Jalapenos---more heat and they loose that 
disgusting "green bitter taste".  Serranos, Thai Dragons, Habs all have a 
much fruitier taste and nice heat.  IMHO

It's nearing planting time, Chile babies smiling under their lights.  It's 
been nearing 80 every day for a few weeks now!  15 degrees above norm, oh 
well I'll just suffer :-)
