Had a similar experience when we took my mother-in-law to Chevy's (in socal) the other evening for her birthday. After trying the default salsa asked for something hot, and they brought a chipotle sauce that wasn't too bad--got a bit of a burn after a couple bowls of it. The special looked great. Hot Habanero Steak Fajitas! The 'habanero' salsa was good, but damn if I could find any chile in it. The house salsa was spicier. Marketing. :( Riley
