Oh Margo...you're venturing into Norweigian territory (sorry Nels) and I don't think most of them use anything hotter than black pepper. I have eaten in a great Kurdish restaurant in St. Paul as well as an Afghan restaurant, also in St. Paul, but I'm assuming you won't have wheels.
