Dunno if they charge these days or not, but for obvious reasons, they
won't give a heavy drinker all s/he may want.  Which is why they don't
like BYOB (and in fact, isn't it illegal?  I mean, like,
yanked-off-the-plane-in-
handcuffs, spend-time-in-jail illegal?)
