Don't worry about posting to the wrong list, Sandy. The Cottage Pie
recipe can easily be adapted:

Still keeping the color scheme, how about using 4 orange habaneros
instead of the 4 carrots. Then eliminate the 1 1/2 cups of peas and
substitute green serranos.

That oughta be nice 'n toasty warm.
