Since recipe database software has a pretty clear-cut set of tasks, the early versions that do the job, but without needless frippery, are often best. Unless the later versions were written to take advantage of better machines, or to fix bugs, you probably got The Good Stuff. Tell the truth, now -- how many of us are still using DOS-based versions of Mealmaster? -- Dan//still owns a working Apple IIe, and is only slightly embarrassed....
