The freeware version of Mealmaster can be downloaded from Scott Welliver's 
homepage at http://home1.gte.net/welliver/

Glenn Hosey's Recipe Buster conversion utility (which comes in a Mastercook 
version as well as a Mealmaster one) can be downloaded at 
http://home.cox.rr.com/hosey/. Again, this is freeware. 

I found Qbook 1.0 (!!!) on the ZDnet download site 
(http://www.zdnet.com/downloads).  Is that the only version there is, or 
should I keep looking around?
