For Atlantans, or those just travellin' through: (Hi Suz and Randy!) Saw in our excuse-for-a-newspaper this a.m. that the chef at Sundown Cafe is going to be playing with chiles through August or September. A different one each month. April is poblanos. For the uninitiated, Sundown is a Southwestern place. Not known for its overall heat, but he's one of the few guys in town doing creative things with chiles (as is Noche). Sarah
