As most of the heads know how to make meat balls i'll let them figure out their own recipe, for the record I soaked the bread in milk then added the eggs and other ingredients, let it rest for a while added more dried breadcrumbs and fried them in Peanut oil on a slow flame turning once then finished them off in the oven.. I served them with 2 Chokoes peeled, seeded and sliced sauted in unsalted butter and threw lots of Ground black pepper on them after I turned them. Green Peas, and boiled then roasted slashed Potatos.{buttered}.. Hey I used to be able to say that I had no Cholesterol Problem as I hadn't been tested, Got tested and still don't have a problem.. I still have 2 left and will probably stretch some baked pears with them and serve with a Butter honey orange Habpowder sauce.. We do eat well at the Pistol Club.. 2 Webbers 1 Gas BBq 1 Wood or Gas Oven hand made takes 2 men to lift the lid.. FWIW most of the 27 members will eat my cooking {Chile laced} and 5 are growing more than 3 types of Chile..{ I supplied the seedlings } Luke in Oz
