In chiles it deadly. in apples it's a "Non-disease" Probable cause. I repotted an azeala on a potting bench just a couple ft away from my chiles, with 3 year old cold compost and peat moss. I have an old apple tree with a strong possibility of this disease. The disease could have been in the leaves from the tree that I composted. Hope everyone had a good Bunny Day L.B.
