Kristen et alia,
I have always recommended Susan Byers, the ChileWoman, for wonderful selection, splendid arrival condition, and low shipping costs.  Although her UPS rates went up this year, it's hard to beat her overall costs for a great product(s).
Also, she keeps in touch, checks on plant arrivals, and answers her own e-mail.  Altogether, a great fill in experience.  I just recommended her to Scott from KC yesterday.  While he was off in Germany collecting crystal Chiles, he didn't have someone start plants for him in KC.
