I had renewed my subscription for two years - thereby getting a spiffy "Chile Pepper" coffee mug. They instead entered a new subscription (causing dupe issues) so I e-mailed them from their web site. The nice lady e-mailed me back saying that they had combined the subscriptions and extended the result 3 issues (6 months) past what the end should have been and were sending another spiffy mug. And that if this was not acceptable they would also give the underling who screwed up the subscription in the first place a cayenne enema. Everything is fixed - my label (on the single copy I got this month) shows the extended date, the mug holds a lot of coffee and I decided not to do the mail room peon at Chile Pepper any favours with the cayenne up the wazoo.
