Hi, I saw a copy of a business paper in Madison, Indiana that had an article featuring Jim. It was really good. A little late here but the Madison Hotluck and Fiery Foods Show was once again a very good time. I drug in a little late from Atlanta on Friday for the Hotluck but still had a great time hanging out with all the Chile Heads. It was good to sip on some Thomas Winery Wine after an eight hour drive. It was good to see the Campbells, Tom, Rob, Alex and their bunch and as a surprise I got to meet John of CaJohn's Fiery Foods. Being the good man that he is, it's no wonder he puts out good products (not to mention he uses B'rer Campbell's peppers). I loaded up on my favorites from Jim and CaJohn. Jim's Red Savina Garlic Sauce is becoming a favorite and CaJohn's Krakatoa is running neck in neck with that for my all time favorite. Alex had mentioned the Fiery Salt. I liked it but can't decide if I like Fire Dust a little better. I've been toting a bottle of each to places were it is easier to have dried powder. I've been putting the different powders on different courses trying to decide which I like best. My only regret is that Madison only happens once a year. It has the feel of a Family Reunion and it's two of the best vacation days you can spend. The Thomas' really know how to host an event. All disclaimers apply as I have no financial interest in any pepper product companies or wineries! I can say John operates from the heart in that a portion of his proceeds go to a fire charity. Gotta go check my sprouts! rr danceswithcarp <dcombs@bloomington.in.us> wrote: Padre Jim was featured in the food section in one of the days of this week's editions of the Indianapolis Star. ===== Rockin' Randy's Homepage: http://members.tripod.com/~rocknrandy/index.html El Grande's Shrine: http://members.tripod.com/~rocknrandy/chilehead.html __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
