Gary, Alex,
Cozy's is a favorite place of mine, it's about 1 hr away.
They have "hot caddies" that have a dozen or two hot sauces to sample.
(One has to specially request items like Dave's Insanity.)
Sunday they have really the best deal.
Drop me a line if you are planning to go.
I and others had "hotlunchs" in the past at Cozy's, and we enjoyed it very much!
