Medusa: As described in the Tomato growers supply catalog. Narrow, twisted, 2.5- inch long peppers, stand upright above diminutive plants, in a stunning display of color- ivory to yellow, orange and finally bright red, with all color stages appearing together. The look is intriguing and reminiscent of the "snaky" hairdo of of the mythological character Medusa. Well branched plants grow no taller than 6 to 8 inches and become literally covered with colorful peppers. These peppers are non-pungent making them safe to plant in arear visited by children. Mall. P.S. I am growing 18 of these to sell at the farmers market later. -----Original Message----- From: owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com [mailto:owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com]On Behalf Of Leslie Mandich Sent: Thursday, May 10, 2001 6:48 PM To: chile-heads-digest@globalgarden.com Subject: [CH] 2 ques. ffrom friends One of my other list these 2 Q's were asked I think the medusa was discussed recently but was not paying attention can anyone help? Jackie in AL When we bought our chili pepper plants, they were already forming tiny peppers and many blooms, even though the plants themselves were very small. Now the plants are still small and putting on several peppers but the peppers are very small.
