I have seen numerous different last frost dates for my area. I looked
at one web site that had a last frost date for Louisville that
occurred before Nashville. I went with the 4/28 I found a year or so
ago and checked the weather reports on weather.com. If I was in a
colder region I would defiantly wait the extra 5-6 days.

You make me feel bad, I only got 9 hot varieties planted. I might
have to see if I can squeeze a new variety in. Maybe I could put one
in a container I have.
